She has judged many pageants including “Miss Windy City” and “Chicago’s Little Miss”. Penny arranged an International Dance Exchange with twenty Russian dancers. After welcoming them to our country, dancers and students took class, went on field trips and performed together. The Dance Centre received an official invitation to travel to Moscow. Penny also served on the Board of Directors for Chicago Tap Theatre for seven years and continues to be a guest teacher at Iowa State University.
