Coach Alex

With over 13 years of experience, Alex brings a wealth of expertise to the Poms and Tumbling program at Aspirations Dance Company in Lombard, IL. A passionate coach and performer, Alex has had a distinguished career as a tumbling coach, cheer coach, and performance coordinator for the Lombard Falcons, where she also served as a board member and head coach of her own squad.

Throughout her career, Alex has earned numerous accolades, including 1st place and 2nd place finishes at the IRCA State Championships and the MCDA Division Championship. She has also received prestigious awards, such as Best Choreography at Nationals, Best Costume multiple times, and numerous judges' awards for her exceptional work.

For over 6 years, Alex has been a dedicated teacher at Aspirations Dance Company, where she has taught a wide range of classes from Mommy and Me to senior-level students. As a prop director and competition poms choreographer, she brings her unique vision and creativity to the stage, ensuring her students are always competition ready.

Her commitment to professional development is evident in her annual certifications in tumbling, routine building, cheer stunting, and dance through Cheer University, which she attended from 2007 to 2012. With a true passion for coaching and mentoring dancers, Alex continues to inspire her students to reach new heights in both technique and performance.
